I've been trying to get back in the creative swing since my little love has come on the scene but I also have a whole different perspective: boys.
I am a girl who fancies tea parties and wearing dresses and all things glitter. I did not really think how my brain would shift when having a boy, how it would change me creatively. Now I'm dreaming up superhero capes to make Miles someday. (And really I can't wait!)
So I made these little guys for Miles room, a bit of my girlie self wrapped around the love of a little boy.
1. plastic dinos (you can find these almost anywhere we paid a dollar each for ours) 2.utility knife 3.spray paint 4.succulents/soil
1. Using your utility knife cut open the back of your dino. You will want it wide enough to get your succulent and dirt in but not to wide that you have dirt pouring out.
2. Spray paint. This is always fun. Make sure you have a safe place to spray paint and if your littles are helping they are properly protected from the fumes.
3. Plant your succulents. We used succulents because they can survive in very shallow places because their roots do not grow very big.
These will look great all around and you cannot help but smile when you see them. I love adding little bits of greenery to our home. They also make great gifts and are superrrr easy to take care of, yay!
